I had my apartment painted and some other work including cabinet doors built and hung. Ryan was very communicative/responsive throughout the project. I'm very happy with the work and would hire them again

Recently purchased a coop and needed to paint the whole 1500sqft with a lighter color. After interviewing a few painters, Paintworks came in with the most competitive price and excellent communication. The paint job was straight forward but the challenge was on the timing. Rick and Ryan were very accommodating as they had to come in twice. 2 days to paint the majority of the house, and 1/2 day one week later to touch up after the new flooring was installed. The quality was good and painters were very polite and accommodated our requests. The first painters left some of the waste (paint chips, rags, used rollers, etc.) after they left but the second painter cleared everything once he was done — so no problem there —, they also helped us haul away the extra paint (which was not that much, meaning that there was not much paint wasted). Overall satisfied and highly recommend these guys. Thanks Paintworks!

Mr. Torres replies to my post asking for a bedroom paint job within an hour. He offered to come to my home at 6:30 am the following morning before I left for work to give me a free estimate. I scheduled a paint job for the following Monday but then asked him if his team could move the job up to Sunday on Saturday morning. He kindly agreed. When his team arrived to do the work, they were friendly and fast. The room looked almost brand new! I’ll certainly be coming straight to this team with any future home development assistance! Great job!

Really lovely working with Ryan. He was very responsive, jumped through extra hoops working with my landlord and my very difficult building management, but made it so simple for me. I took my fragile artwork down, but if I didn’t know they were coming I wouldn’t have even known they were in my home, furniture all put back where it belonged and no mess. I found a small mistake when I got home and his guys came and fixed it the next day, with no fuss! Will certainly recommend to friends!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the client’s property. Walk through with them. Ask a lot of questions so we’re clear on what they want to accomplish. Make recommendations as we see fit. Within 24 hours of the appointment we send over a written proposal with a price quote that we stick to. We send over any insurance documents they may need. Confirm a start date and time and get to work. Once project is completed our foreman walks around with the client to make sure they’re 100% happy.

Head foreman was trained in the painting union. Over 23 years of experience.
