- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Training in Long Island City-Center Blvd the cost is $100 an hour. Travel to your home or building gym in Manhattan/Brooklyn the cost is $120 an hour. Payment can be pre paid weekly for the amount of sessions trained or pre paid for the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new client is assured great care and attention to their unique health and fitness goals. Each new client is tailored with a complete strength training and cardio program to help maximize results. New clients also have the option to get help with nutritional support and getting custom home delivered meals.
