I’ve been training with Jon for the past 6 months. At 30 years old, and with Jon’s help, I’m now in the best shape of my adult life. I’ve lost over 20 pounds, gained a considerable amount of muscle and truly feel better than I can remember. Jonathan is a very helpful trainer and helps you achieve your fitness goals. He's also flexible and responsive to re-schedule classes and answers any questions you might have. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Train with me in LIC the cost is $100 an hour. Traveling to your gym in Manhattan or Brooklyn the cost is $120 an hour. Payment must be pre paid weekly for the amount of sessions trained or pre paid for the month. Payment through Venmo, Apple Pay, Palpal, Zelle, or cash is accepted. - Strict nonrefundable 24 hour cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new client is assured great care and attention to their unique health and fitness goals. Each new client is tailored with a complete strength training and cardio program to help maximize results. New clients also have the option to get help with nutritional support and getting custom home delivered meals.
