- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Train with me in LIC the cost is $100 an hour. Traveling to your gym in Manhattan or Brooklyn the cost is $120 an hour. Payment must be pre paid weekly for the amount of sessions trained or pre paid for the month. Payment through Venmo, Apple Pay, Palpal, Zelle, or cash is accepted. - Strict nonrefundable 24 hour cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new client is assured great care and attention to their unique health and fitness goals. Each new client is tailored with a complete strength training and cardio program to help maximize results. New clients also have the option to get help with nutritional support and getting custom home delivered meals.
