I graduated from the New York School of Piano Tuning, Service & Repair taught by New York's esteemed piano technician, Lou Tasciotti. I am a classical and jazz pianist with over 20 years of experience. Max worked quickly and concentrated on the job and was pleasant and friendly and interested in the history of the piano. My piano hadn't been tuned in a few decades and Max's process of tuning was to play beautiful music while testing the notes!

Max responded to my request very promptly. We scheduled the appointment in advance of my piano being delivered from storage and stayed in touch with me during the wait. He arrived at the appointment on time. He did an incredible job of tuning my piano that had been stored for years (10+) without tuning. My piano sounds incredible now! He answered all my questions about how to care for my piano and when it would need re-tuning. He explained all the work he had done and was very professional in handling all aspects of the appointment...he was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I could not be more pleased! I am so very happy to have met Max and to have his guidance and support in maintaining my piano in its best form.
