MK replied promptly to my inquiry. She kindly answered all my novice questions and asked me the appropriate questions. We agreed on a mutually convenient time, she came punctually, explained the procedure and worked skillfully and diligently. MK spent almost two hours tuning my very old piano and we agreed she'd return in a month to readjust it as necessary. I found her to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and generous with her time. Highly recommend.

Mary Kate was excellent as a piano tuner. She arrived right on time, she worked carefully dismantling parts of the upright, she listened intently, checking the waves of sound with her cell phone. By the end, the piano sounded richer and fuller. I highly recommend brr professional skills.

MK was great & efficient. We even had a few sticky keys that she was able to easily fix for us. We hadn't had our piano tuned in years and she has it sounding fabulously again.
