FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on where we train and the level of coaching you need. In-person training at my private gym in Long Island City starts at $125/session, and sessions where I travel to you start at $175/session. I also offer online and hybrid coaching options for clients who want programming, accountability, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking outside of our sessions. Discounts may be available for existing clients, referrals, and certain training packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation about your goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, injuries, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. From there, I assess where you are currently and build a structured plan around where you want to go. I don’t believe in giving everyone the same workout. Your program is built around your goals, abilities, available training days, and lifestyle. From there, we track progress, adjust the plan when needed, and make sure you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. My goal is not only to help you get results, but to eventually make you more confident and capable in your own training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Queens College and several years of professional coaching experience. My certifications include: StrongFirst SFG Level 1 USA Weightlifting Level 1 CPR/AED certification I’ve also continued my education in strength training, conditioning, movement, nutrition, program design, and coaching throughout my career.
