- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of damage, the size of the affected area, and the equipment/labor needed. We provide clear estimates before starting any work. Emergency/same-day service may include an additional fee. For insurance claims, we can help with documentation and work directly with the adjuster when needed. Discounts may be available for repeat customers and property managers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the issue and urgency. Next, we schedule an inspection, take photos, and check moisture levels. We explain the plan and provide an estimate. Once approved, we begin mitigation immediately (extraction, drying, cleaning, and containment if needed), then we complete repairs and final walkthrough to make sure everything is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training in water damage mitigation, moisture assessment, demolition, cleaning, drying equipment setup, and restoration repairs. We follow industry best practices for safety, containment, and proper documentation to protect the property and ensure quality results.
