Incredible. Had an emergency late Friday night. They responded immediately, came out Saturday, did an extremely professional job. Took the time to explain what happened and why. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Charles came out and installed two shower faucets in our bathrooms. He then had to cut out the wall for one shower faucet to do the install. On the same day he patched the drywall and painted the wall. Very fast and efficient service! Will definitely use them again!

We had a plumber come out and try to put in a new filtration system and messed up the whole job. We contacted CBI and they scheduled Mike to come out and look at project. From start to finish CBI handled our job perfectly. From Connie in the office to Mike that came out and looked at the situation, to the crew that did the work. Our new system works great. Thanks CBI!!
