- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, design complexity, and quantity of patches ordered. Larger orders benefit from bulk discounts — the more you order, the lower the price per piece. For example: 10 patches: $100 total (i.e., $10 per patch) 100 patches: $250 total (i.e., $2.50 per patch) Please note: Final pricing also depends on the stitch count and design details. We'll provide a custom quote once we review your design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Customers: We begin by understanding your vision and finding the best way to bring it to life. Free Setup & Digitizing: We offer complimentary design setup and digitizing services. Mockup Approval: You’ll receive a digital mockup for review. We provide unlimited revisions to ensure you're fully satisfied. Production Begins Only After Approval: We never start production without your final approval on the mockup. Once approved, we move forward with production and ship directly to your doorstep.
