I'm the kind of person who likes to try and diagnose and fix minor house issues before calling for help. Our dryer was getting way too hot, and I thought I knew what the issue was, but wasn't sure how to disassemble correctly. My first call was to GE, but as with most companies of late, they seem to contract their services to third party vendors who have 1 star reviews across the board.So I head to Google for a local appliance repairman, and lo and behold I find Artem. From the moment we spoke on the phone I could tell he had integrity, compassion, and honesty. He listened to the symptoms, arrived precisely when he said, diagnosed, and repaired the dryer so efficiently. He is clearly a professional and actually enjoys helping people when an appliance difficulty arises. Many thanks Artem. Let's keep the 5 star streak goin!

Artem gave us great service. Not only did he fix our over and microwave, he went above and beyond. When a replacement part had a small defect, he found a new one and came back a week later to install for no extra charge.

Quick to respond. Honest. Straightforward.Dryer started to squeak. It was time to look up an appliance repairer. Artem had great reviews. He found the issue. replaced the part and cleaned out all the lint at the bottom of the dryer (which was a crazy amount of lint).I also asked him to check out our front loading washer which rattled aggressively on the spin cycle. Artem was straightforward; said that its either a small crack in the suspension or a drum repair. Either way, it wouldnt be worth the price to fix and Id be better off getting a new washer. I was so appreciative of his honesty. hes our appliance guy moving forward.Bonus and seal of approval: my dog liked him.

Not only did he come out the same day, AFTER 5pm. He was so efficient and clinical, I had no idea that the repair was complete.I CANNOT recommend this service enough (specifically) for dryer repairs. High quality and non evasive workmanship on LOTS of appliances is very much alive for us the upper Westchester area and beyond.
