I had an amazing experience with Zenith maintenance! James came on time and prepared for all the projects I had for him. I had my hot water heater fail and leaked all over. He came and changed it out on very short notice. I was having family over for a long weekend and Zenith defiantly saved the day. I also had him on other occasion repair towel racks, pool gait locks, assemble bed frames, and replace my storm door. I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking for a general handy man! Very respectable gentleman, punctual, and friendly! Ive recommended him to all my friends and family who need work done!

James and Zenith were great. We needed to relocate an HVAC vent in a new hardwood floor. James met with me to see the job and estimate the cost and then we scheduled a time to do the work. James was always on time and very communicative about exactly what he was doing. His HVAC experience was obvious and he moved the vent quickly and cleanly. The relocated vent looks great. A great job and a pleasure to work with.

James, the company owner, did excellent work in my home. It was our first visit and he assembled a bookshelf, troubleshooted the dishwasher, and provided bulk removal service. It was everything you could hope for in a Handyman / HVAC service. James was professional, kind, thorough, and genuinely caring about the results all throughout the process. I asked him for multiple business cards at the end because for myself and my family and friends theres no need to search for another handyman again. Highest recommendation, for anyone in Westchester and beyond. Stress-free and efficient! Awesome, thank you James and Hudson Valley Household LLC.

We needed new floors installed in our old house and Zenith was the only contractor who understood exactly what we wanted. Once the project was complete we decided to move forward with their maintenance plan. We've hired multiple contractors through the years and its nice to know we don't have to search around on our next project.

Our dog was locked inside a room which we didn’t have keys for and Hudson valley household responded quickly when we contacted and came over and opened the door for us with the least amount of damage to the door and the lock. Highly recommend their services.
