Amazing experience. Needed to get rid of some garbage on a Sunday and within 2 hours it was gone thanks to Dylan. Not only did he do an incredible and quick job he also went above and beyond and used a leaf blower to make sure there were no remnants left behind! Fantastic service. Will absolutely use again!

although i was only allowed to select 3, responsiveness, work quality, value, punctuality, professionalism- they checked all these boxes. Their service and expertise allowed what was already a daunting and overwhelming task to be manageable. They were flexible, understanding, and their skill set was a God send given some miscalculation on my end. An apartment turned into an unofficial storage unit/crash pad for family in time became a nightmare and the large ancient furniture needed to be discarded given it’s a coop there are strict rules on when furniture can be brought down and the size. The Keen team got it done in a prompt, efficient manner while understanding and being empathetic. Well worth the rates , glad this app. allowed me to connect with Keen services solid A+
