I have taken instruction from Stacy in Barre and Yoga classes. She gives clear directions for all of the poses and exercises, making it easy to follow along. Stacy challenges me to become stronger and better while incorporating adaptations for all levels of skill/fitness. In addition, she is very accepting and non-judgemental, making attending her class enjoyable and relaxing.
