Lance is the definition of going the extra mile. Extremely thorough and very well informed. Stopped by multiple times once we were in the house as well, to offer recommendations, etc. Really nice and full of ideas. Love this guy.

Lance was great to work with as our home inspector. He took the time to educate us on specific details with the house we are planning on moving into. Lance took the extra step to revisit the house to answer specific questions after the report was completed. I have used many home inspectors in the past, but Lance from Eagle Eye is a notable step up from the rest. Being in construction myself, I was very impressed with his knowledge in building construction, heating, electrical and plumbing systems. There were no short cuts with Lance, very meticulous to details and left no stone unturned. His professional, courteous and friendly attitude was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using Eagle Eye again on my next purchase.
