- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Is hard to have an standard prices, every job even sounds the same is completely different, for example a drain clogged could be as simple as a snake the line, but depending the material and the years of your plumbing a simple snake job could lead a full repair, I will always discuss the price with the customer and if something else needs to be done, you will be inform before job is done, not secret fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, when customers contact me for service or repair I would try to get as much information possible, sometime in will ask if they can send pictures, reason is to have better understanding the situation and get ready any material that will be needed to speed of the process. a full payment will be required at the end of the service. for new construction or job requires permits, a 25 to 50% down at the time of the contract and the rest at the moment the job is done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even company will seems new, I've been working plumbing from 2000, I was journeyman licensed in Westchester County and Putnam County before I start working in NYC area in 2010, I'm currently a master plumber contractor in Putnam County, and the State of Connecticut.
