Frank was a lifesaver. I’m a small-time business owner leasing my first commercial space, and shortly after signing I discovered water leaks with visible mold on the ceiling and floor. As a first-time tenant, I had no idea what to do — I just knew I needed someone qualified, fast. I reached out to three inspection companies, and Frank was the first to call back, scheduling me for the very next day. After we spoke, I also checked out his website and saw his certifications, which put my mind at ease.
He was professional, thorough, and patient with all my questions. His written report came with a full detailed breakdown, photos, and lab results — exactly the documentation my attorney and I needed to figure out what to do next.
Frank was also just a genuinely nice guy. I mentioned I’d hoped to open a dog training business there, but with this mold condition, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever get a Department of Health permit. Turns out he and his daughter both have puppy poodles from the same breeder — and since I’d just gotten a puppy myself, we ended up talking dogs and sharing pictures. Small thing, but it made a stressful day easier.
Promptness, professionalism, and yes — puppies. Can’t recommend Frank enough. Four paws 🐾🐾

hired 1st Priority after having Consulting a few contractors,1st priority explain the complexity of the job in detail by answering all my questions, which other contractors seem vague in answering. 1st priority, was very prompt which is a pet peeve which showed me they respect the customers time they were professional the job was completed within the timeframe I was given I was left with no clean up and very satisfied with the completion of the project and look forward to hiring them for any future projects that I have they were worth every dollar spent! Frank thanks so much and I’ll be hiring you for the next project soon

I stay fully engaged throughout the hiring process, the inspection and post inspection to make sure they are fully informed. I’m always available to answer questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of education and knowledge in the construction field and have obtained license in the inspection industry! I hold numerous licenses and also teach home inspection at Molloy University in Rockville Centre.
