FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing really depends on what it is that the customer is looking to get after all of the photographs are taken. For example; if the client would like only a few edits done and prints it will cost less than someone that needs an entire party's worth of edits done. It really goes on a person by person basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I have a customer send me several sample photos from google or Pinterest to get a better understanding of the mood and types of compositions they are looking for. We meet up for the session. Once it is over they select the agreed upon number of photos for me to edit. I then take a week or two (depending on the number of photos) to edit them and get the product to the customer. A full payment is due at the time of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Arts with a concentration in photography from SUNY Oneonta.
