- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, upfront, direct pricing with no hidden fees. You will never pay more than what we have quoted you before the job began.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is once we get description of the project, we then schedule an estimate. Once we arrive to the job site, we will provide and explain an honest and accurate quote for free. If the customer agrees, we complete the work on that day, or if there is another day provided by the customer.
