My very first experience wasn't great, and most definitely it will be my last experience. When technician Alan arrived for a scheduled appointment for malfunctioning garage door, after a few brief attempts trying to fix my garage door opener system Mr. Alan recommended me to replace the garage door opener motor and provided me with an estimate. However, he also provided me with the bill for that day's service of a full service price. Since when customer has to pay for the service that WAS NOT performed. A few brief unsuccessful attempts to fix the issue most certainly does not count as a successful service.
