We will of course send lots of pictures throughout the duration of their stay. At the time of introduction and/or walk time before the pets stay/walk we will have you fill out a form with everything we need to know while you are away! Emergency numbers, veterinarian, any medications or special foods, favorite toys, ect. So we will know everything we need to! McKenzie and her partner were professional throughout. They were very friendly right off the bat, they asked questions whenever our input was required. They knew exactly what we needed when we told them we were expecting to host our infant nephew and niece. Methodical and thorough, they worked from room to room with attention to detail. Our apartment, at the end, looked as clean as the first day we moved in- except for the windowsills, which look even cleaner.

We are very happy with the deep clean. Ms Mckenzie and her husband were very easy going and professional. We have many bathrooms and a frequently used kitchen, but they cleaned them all patiently and efficiently. They even aligned the photos we had on the fridge! Our baby liked Ms McKenzie as well, she is very good at baby. We look forward to having them back again.

Mackenzie and her husband William at Envision Cleaning did en EXCELLENT job cleaning our NYC apartment. I needed a very deep cleaning of our 2 bed 1 bath as soon as someone was available and I was able to schedule them quickly. They went above and beyond and even offered to take me to the store to pick up storage containers and drop off our laundry; have you ever heard of such a thing! Amazing. I needed something well above the normal or even deep cleaning job and they were able to deliver and then some. So if you need a deep clean or even a standard clean, they can evaluate your space and give you a price based on your space. Most importantly, Mackenzie will ask you to review cleaned areas of the apartment room by room to make sure they were able to clean everything to your desire. They cared about getting it right (room by room) which is god sent for the situation we were in. Highly recommend if you’re venturing out on hiring your first cleaning service or are a veteran looking for a new helping hand.
