Carol is the absolute best! She responded immediately to my initial request and promptly scheduled a consultation. She is professional, kind, punctual and genuinely fun to be around. She’s incredibly efficient and is so thorough in such a short amount of time! She always shows up with a smile on her face and is so good with our two dogs.
