FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$225.00 hr. I will work with law firms on a monthly invoice basis, retail clients are a retainer based billing process. There is a reason my fees are what they are. Contact me and I will explain why, I am not just a former Law Enforcement Investigator, I am also a former commander. I have operated outside the United States with Federal Law Enforcement as well as foreign agencies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - Free case assessment. Can I help? Not everyone's situation is fixable. Is it worth pursuing? Sometimes the expense is unjustified for the potential gains. While I am in the business to make money, I am not here to sell you something you don't need. I am a straight shooter who grows my business by providing a high quality service that seeks to help solve problems, not just rack up billable hours. Step 2 - If it looks like a case worth doing, obtain a retainer that is effectively a good faith estimate for retail clients. Law firms, we hash out what is a reasonable investment in the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous trainings over a 27 year Law Enforcement career. I have run cases that span the globe as it relates to terrorism funding threads. I am inherently familiar with most forms of money laundering and specialize in finding hidden assets, motor vehicle collisions and all forms of criminal enterprise.
