- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is discussed upfront with the customer so they know their options. I offer different solution options in many cases so the customer can can choose what is best for them. There are no surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, explain what services I can provide. Assess the customers needs and provide a solution or options to resolve the customers problem or needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with some well known companies in the industry over the years before being my own entrepreneur. I have over 30 years experience.
