Please think twice before hiring this company. The initial job was done and solved the water problem, but the crew left behind an unnecessary pipe. They told me they would wait until the next rainstorm: if the water issue was solved, they would return to remove the pipe; if not, they would reconnect it to the new drain. That same night, I texted to confirm they would follow up. After the first rainstorm (everything worked fine), I asked when the crew would come remove the pipe. No response. I texted again a few days later, no response. I called, no answer. Only then did I get a text back saying there had been “no rain.” Not true, as I had already updated them after the first storm. I followed up again after another rainstorm, and again received no response. At this point, I have to hire another contractor just to deal with the unused pipe they left behind. If you search the company’s name, you’ll see similar complaints on BBB about lack of follow-up. Unfortunately, I didn’t see these before hiring them, since most reviews from people who already hired the company focus only on the job itself—not the poor communication afterward. Will definitely not use this company again.
