We specialize in working one-on-one with wedding couples in whatever style fits their special song. We don't require contracts or long-term commitments. And we want the experience to be FUN! We teach you how to dance together for the rest of your lives. We also offer private and group classes specializing in swing dance instruction for adults. No partner or experience needed to participate. We are dedicated to transforming people from those who think they can't dance to those who CAN! They were wonderful working with us and it's obvious they are passionate and know what they are talking about. We had tried a commercial danced studio and had an awful experience being overcharged and feeling like we were being sold more than being taught to dance. While we aren't destined to be pro dancers, we will feel comfortable dancing to our first dance song for our wedding :)

We found Chester and Linda when we were trying to polish up our dancing skills for our wedding. We had no idea how much fun we would have taking lessons with these two wonderful instructors. They really showed my wife and I how satisfying it can be to learn something new together. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have fun and become a better dancer in the process

We offer group classes in swing, but private lessons can be in any style needed. This is particularly true for wedding couples who want to dance to a particular song.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't lock you into a contract for private lessons. It is always pay-as-you-go for as many or as few lessons as you want. It's the same price for one person or a couple taking a private lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your goals are our goals. So we discuss what you want to get out of the lessons and proceed from there at your pace and taking into consideration your learning style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been dancing since 1999. We know all styles of dance and have advanced studies with the world masters in Swing. Our primary teacher was the celebrated Frankie Manning, the ambassador of swing, who was one of the original dancers at the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem, a Tony award winner for his choreography, and featured in many films, including a documentary on his life, and in Ken Burn's Jazz series.
