Artem does excellent work! He is thorough and professional. Excellent diagnostic skills. Explained our issue clearly and offered several options for repair. He suggested we replace our unit rather than repair even though a repair would have meant much more money for him. Very honest. Not self serving. We have already hired him twice. Highly recommended.

Contacted Artem on a Tuesday for a refrigerator repair. He responded within minutes to ask what the problem was. Ordered parts came to my home 2 days later. Evaluated the problem and made the repair and updated the fridge. He is the first technician (3 others could not) to repair my refrigerator problem. Asked him about another concern and he went out of his way to fix it. I highly recommend Artem and his company.

I'm the kind of person who likes to try and diagnose and fix minor house issues before calling for help. Our dryer was getting way too hot, and I thought I knew what the issue was, but wasn't sure how to disassemble correctly. My first call was to GE, but as with most companies of late, they seem to contract their services to third party vendors who have 1 star reviews across the board.So I head to Google for a local appliance repairman, and lo and behold I find Artem. From the moment we spoke on the phone I could tell he had integrity, compassion, and honesty. He listened to the symptoms, arrived precisely when he said, diagnosed, and repaired the dryer so efficiently. He is clearly a professional and actually enjoys helping people when an appliance difficulty arises. Many thanks Artem. Let's keep the 5 star streak goin!

I had lost an earring in my washing machine, that was a family heirloom. My husband and I both searched the machine, the barrel, the trap etc and could not find it. I was besides myself about it. I had called GE - they really didnt care nor wanted to be bothered. I decided to call a local professional. Artem heard my problem (The conversation with him compared to GE was night and day) and was able to fit me in the next day! He was here for a min and found it!!!!!!!! Unfortunately it was already stuck behind the gasket - Ugh. He carefully took minimal parts of the washer apart to get to the earring. It wasnt easy, of course but Artem successfully retrieved the earring for me from under the washing machine! He was coordinated and clean in his job. He put everything back together exactly as he found it. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. I called him because of his reviews. Everyone was right - he knows what hes doing and his heart is in the right place and that is SO important.
