Artem came within several hours of my call. Diagnosed and fixed my leaking refrigerator (including having to go to Home Depot for a part). He was professional, prompt, and creatively fixed the problem (refrigerator was so old that parts were no longer available.) The price was fair and reasonable. He was neat and courteous to a fault.
