I'm the kind of person who likes to try and diagnose and fix minor house issues before calling for help. Our dryer was getting way too hot, and I thought I knew what the issue was, but wasn't sure how to disassemble correctly. My first call was to GE, but as with most companies of late, they seem to contract their services to third party vendors who have 1 star reviews across the board.So I head to Google for a local appliance repairman, and lo and behold I find Artem. From the moment we spoke on the phone I could tell he had integrity, compassion, and honesty. He listened to the symptoms, arrived precisely when he said, diagnosed, and repaired the dryer so efficiently. Found Outstanding Home Services accidently while browsing online and thought I would give it a try since it was local to me. Responded right away, gave me an estimate and repair date not too far in the future. Gave me a courtesy text the evening before service to confirm. Contacted Artem on a Tuesday for a refrigerator repair. He responded within minutes to ask what the problem was. Ordered parts came to my home 2 days later. Evaluated the problem and made the repair and updated the fridge. He is the first technician (3 others could not) to repair my refrigerator problem. Asked him about another concern and he went out of his way to fix it. I highly recommend Artem and his company.

Quick to respond. Honest. Straightforward.Dryer started to squeak. It was time to look up an appliance repairer. Artem had great reviews. He found the issue. replaced the part and cleaned out all the lint at the bottom of the dryer (which was a crazy amount of lint).I also asked him to check out our front loading washer which rattled aggressively on the spin cycle. Artem was straightforward; said that its either a small crack in the suspension or a drum repair. Either way, it wouldnt be worth the price to fix and Id be better off getting a new washer. I was so appreciative of his honesty. hes our appliance guy moving forward.Bonus and seal of approval: my dog liked him.
