It was a pleasure having DR COOLING redo our dryer ventilation which was installed in the attic. He noticed that the ducts that were improperly installed and that two separate vents, one from the dryer and one from the bathroom fans, were being terminated through the same outlet termination points. He also explained how the ducts themselves should not have been used. He was more concerned about our safety and the possibility of being exposed to carbon monoxide due to the improper ventilation than getting another job booked. At the end, he removed the transition ducts that were used, installed the exhaust ducts, and cut a new hole for the termination points. Everything was done based on building codes. Lastly, he gave us a quote to do job , but when he realized he needed more material than stated, he did not charge more.

We replaced all mini split AC units in our house. Valon is very professional, he answered all the questions that we had. The job took longer than planned but it was a lot of work to be done. Very happy with the installation. I even recommended Valon to my co-worker.

Valon helped when suddenly our furnace stopped working in sub zero temperatures and a pending snow storm. He was very responsive and came quickly to assess the issue. A part needed to be changed, he got the part quickly and replaced in right away. Valon was extremely professional, focused and easy to work with. He took the ownership of the issue and even when he had to get the part from a warehouse far away, he did it. This was truly a 5 star service.
