We had a complex project, and he took the time to prepare me thoroughly before the job began so that we could guide the tenants smoothly through the process. He has a great team that, under his leadership, was professional, efficient, and very considerate of both the tenants and the other contractors on site. Column demonstrated an excellent understanding of our nuanced needs and advised us away from ideas that could have created long-term liabilities.
