After having our bathroom fixtures installed, we already knew the next job would go well, and we were right. In a short amount of time we had working hot water again, and the entire area was cleaned up so well it looked like nothing happened. Customers for life!

A sensor in my gas furnace started to malfunction, causing an intermittent on/off cycle. Steven diagnosed the problem within the hour, then left to buy the part. It was Presidents Day, so many shops were closed. He returned the next day for the installation which took about an hour. The 2nd house call was $50 plus the part. My normal HVAC company wanted $180 for the house call, so I decided to give Thumbtack a try. Steven was the least expensive, and had all 5 star reviews. I think $100 an hour is fair for even the most skilled of trades. He replied quickly, 2 of the other companies I messaged, well, still haven’t heard back. My gamble of hiring someone I did not know based only on reviews seemed to have paid off. Go to him first, you won’t be disappointed.
