I had a lot of interaction with American duo, leading up to the event., Rob was very responsive to text messages and we went back-and-forth to finalize a list of songs! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even if we play for less time, we have a two hour minimum Sunday night through Thursday and three hour minimum Fri/Sat/Sun afternoon. Our fee is $175 per hour Sunday night through Thursday and $200 per hour Fri/Sat/Sun afternoon. There is some wiggle room under certain circumstances such as location of event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we can agree on a budget we work closely to find the artists and songs and best for the event.
