I currently own/operate Brasserie by Chef Aless in Massapequa Long Island. My family is French, from St Emilion. I'm trained in French cuisine, but am versatile and love to grill. I'm a private chef to NYC, the Hamptons and Connecticut for the past three years. I aim to please and can do events 2-300. I have a full service team of bartenders and servers. Have a full liquor license for off premise events as well. And can take care of rentals for all size events. I love to cook and see guests and hosts enjoying a seamless and delicious event.

f despite that it was thanksiving day, and she had her own family, Chef Aless catered my family's special day with superb attention to both the food, which was beyond delicious and plentiful, and presentation. She arrived early with a trolley full of delectable hors d'oeuvres, the best turkey ever baked, and containers full of great accompanying veggies. This was the first time I have ever needed outside catering, but the experience of having Chef Aless was so seamless, and the food was so perfect, that even if I have to invent an occasion,which I will, I know she could handle it with a touch of that marvelous French charm and expertise, and very little interference from me! I'm a cook,specifically a baker. but Chef Aless is a master, and everything was delivered expeditiously and promptly. And with heart... A truly wonderful experience. Thank you so much Alessandra. Chef Aless is a gem. When we first met Chef Aless she immediately put us at ease. She has the perfect blend of intuitiveness, professionalism, flexibility and a wonderful attention to detail! I was so excited to have her cater for our wedding and told some of the guests beforehand to be sure that they stopped by to meet her! It is always so refreshing to work with someone so accommodating and easy to work with, and Chef Aless has those qualities in spades. The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. My personal favorites were the miniature pork taquitos! You want things to be just right for your wedding and Chef Aless ensured that they were! She brought her own servers after ours fell through shortly before the wedding. Days before the wedding I emailed to see if she could help out with “just one more thing” and it was no problem. In short, I never had to worry about her part in our wedding day, and as any bride can attest that speaks volumes. Thank you, Chef Aless! We are so grateful. We hope we will have a reason to use your services for another occasion again!
