I am really the worst when it comes to technology, but thankfully the IT generalist is no novice when it comes to the tricky world of gadgets, gizmos, passwords and connections! He was a professional that helped answers questions I didn’t know I had and left with a 11/10 job done and everything cleaned up and done in a timely manner! If I have another technical job on my hands, I know who I’m calling!

Richie was a huge help. I had gotten a new computer and needed everything set up for work, including downloading programs, reconnecting devices, and getting my WiFi working properly. I had also accidentally deleted or changed some things while trying to do it myself, which made the process even more complicated.
Richie was able to come in, figure out what went wrong, restore the programs I needed, and get everything running smoothly again. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. By the time he was finished, everything was working exactly the way it should. I highly recommend Richie if you need help setting up a new computer or troubleshooting computer issues.
