FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set price based on the type of job. If materials are required, costs may vary depending on what’s needed, but I’ll always discuss that with you upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by discussing the type of project—whether it’s installations, or general handyman work—so I understand exactly what’s needed. From there, I’ll provide a clear estimate or quote for the job, explain the process, and schedule a time that works best for you. My goal is to make sure the work is done efficiently, correctly, and with respect for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a current and active union construction worker with hands-on experience across many trades. I hold certifications in AWS 3G–4G welding, NCCCO rigging & signaling, supported and suspended scaffolding, FDNY torch/fire guard, and maintain active OSHA/SST safety cards.
