I've gotta say these guys provided an awesome first cleaning experience! My roommate moved out and he left the bedroom in quite a mess (filthy to be honest). This was my first time booking a home clean so of course, I was a little skeptical. My fresh take cleaner arrived on time and had great energy. Based on how well he cleaned the bathroom while I was there, I trusted him to clean the rest of the place while I ran some morning errands. I'm definitely going to set up a recurring clean with them.

My wife and I were planning on having a party the other day and we needed some help to prepare. It was the first warm day that we’ve had after a long winter so we needed to rush our spring cleaning. I booked online for a one time cleaning. We went with the deep clean option. The prices are really reasonable. Ana and her partner were super diligent in their work. My wife, being the saint that she is, tried to “preclean” the house before they even arrived. They left the house spotless. They asked questions about what we wanted and took to their work. I’m not sure if we need monthly or weekly cleaning but the level of service here is sure making me think about it! Thanks guys! We will be calling again for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fresh Take Cleaning we offer simple and convenient flat rate pricing on all of our services. We offer discounted rates for the frequency of recurring cleaning. We also have monthly promotional offers through our mailing list and our robust referral program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is quite simple, you choose the services that you like, whether a standard cleaning or one of our many add-on services. Once you have successfully made your booking, will send an email to confirm your booking time and service selection. One the day of your booking our team members will carry a checklist of all the tasks to be performed, this checklist is for you to review and sign to show your approval and satisfaction of the tasks performed. If we did not perform to your satisfaction, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation as best as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fresh Take Cleaning is a new company, but our family has been in the residential cleaning industry for a few years now, so we carried over that experience into Fresh Take Cleaning. We make sure that all of team members are experienced in the cleaning industry as well as perform a demo/test cleaning that pass our standards before they can join our team.
