Personal Training

Tom is very knowledgeable in fitness & nutrition. I am very happy to have found Tom on Thumbtack.I have lost 20 lbs. since I started working with Tom. The exercise program he has designed for me truly targets my trouble areas.

My session with Tom went very well. We worked out for an hour. I did a few exercise to see, what my strength and weaknesses are. He is very personable, and encouraging to let me meet my set goal weight lost. Tom was early and very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to my friends.

I started with Tommy in December but didn't try his alkaline vegan diet till January. I'm not a true vegan like him but I'm trying the best I can. I lost 14 pounds since I started with Tommy and he has taught me so much about food and what it does to your body. I recommend his service (coaching & training) cause it goes hand in hand.

All I can say is "thank god" for Tommy! I found Tommy online when I was searching for help in getting healthy again. I was over weight and exhausted all the time. I was looking for a dietary change but not necessarily a diet. I had been reading about taking dairy out of my diet but I didn't know how to do it. Tommy not only explained the science behind it, but tons and tons of suggestions for substitutes that I could eat in place of my hard to let go dairy favorites. Now I eat all the time! I sound like a commercial, but it's true! I started last July. It is now June, almost a year....and i went from a size 12 jeans to a size 6. I feel so good bit physically and mentally. If you're reading this, it means you want a change. This is right where I started. You came this far. Go for it. I'm sure Tommy will be there for you the way he is there for me. I text him all the time and his constant support is unbelievable. I would be happy to share my story with anyone who needs a change for the better in their lives.
