I've been working with Joann for 18 months and WOW--she has been a HUGE help. I run a company of 150 and she acts as my Exec Asst. She's tactful and gracious, but extremely focused on helping me be successful. Which sometimes means a bit of "good natured harassment". It takes a certain personality type to be able to find that balance between being professional/respectful but also pushing when necessary. Joann excels at this. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
