- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive pricing, we will price match almost any competitors. We constantly have promotions going on, and are always looking to have the customer leave happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take there basic information, put them in a system with an invoice attached. We will work with you to get you informed about what is wrong with your device, and what we need to do to fix it. We do not charge a fee for diagnostics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years of experience in the field.
