I started shopping for my very first home in September of 2019. I had the unfortunate experience of working with a couple of flaky not -so -friendly realtors that wanted to sell me on their dream home, not mine!. After not being able to connect with any of them on what my needs were I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found a house that peaked my interest, clicked the button, and within seconds I received a call from Andrew Waldman. We spoke for about 10 minutes about what my wants, wishes, and expectations were for my future home. Three days later I was set up to view 8 homes that checked off all of my boxes. Long story short guys, Andrew never showed me a house I didn’t like. Every next viewing was better than the last! Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation for me as a first time buyer a very exciting and enjoyable one every step of the way from start to finish.
