I take pride in making the home buying experience as smooth and as stress-free as possible for you. My goal is to ultimately help connect you with your ideal home. I take a consultative approach with my clients by listening to their specific wants and needs, and identifying homes on the market that fit their criteria. If there is nothing that is currently on the market that is a good fit, I will notify you as soon as there is. Myself and my team are with you every step of the way. From private home tours and open house showings, to making the offer, negotiating the deal and ultimately, the closing! I started shopping for my very first home in September of 2019. I had the unfortunate experience of working with a couple of flaky not -so -friendly realtors that wanted to sell me on their dream home, not mine!. After not being able to connect with any of them on what my needs were I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found a house that peaked my interest, clicked the button, and within seconds I received a call from Andrew Waldman. We spoke for about 10 minutes about what my wants, wishes, and expectations were for my future home. Three days later I was set up to view 8 homes that checked off all of my boxes. Long story short guys, Andrew never showed me a house I didn’t like. Every next viewing was better than the last! Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation for me as a first time buyer a very exciting and enjoyable one every step of the way from start to finish.
