FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! Some customers aren't exactly sure what they want and that's where, as a service professional, I come in to help them figure it out. Other customers do know exactly what they want but can't seem to put it into words. Again, that's where I like to work with them to figure it all out. I start the process as their "employee" and hope to finish the job as their friend
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction field for 18 years and to me nothing prepares you more than hands on doing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for my step father as the job site clean up kid. I just enjoyed the building and construction field so much I didn't care that I wasn't actually doing it yet, I was happy to be around it. Then shortly thereafter I picked up some tools and it's been my life ever since.
