We highly recommend Chef T. Dot. When booking and communicating before the event, he always answered us quickly and professionally. He was on time, appropriate, professional, and friendly. He made us a delicious mexican-style dinner and presented the food beautifully. When he was done he cleaned up everything in the kitchen and left it just as it was when he came. GREAT job!!

I hosted a birthday dinner for 10+ people and Chef T’s professionalism, service, and food was a 12/10. He was on time, completely prepared with all materials, and also cleaned everything after he finished. He served a round of appetizers and several main courses for my dinner party. Everyone raved about the food and his vibe was incredible!!!
