- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***We offer 10% off to all Veterans, Firefighters, Police, First Responders & Senior Citizens (applicable at the time of the estimate).*** Pricing always depends on the work our customers need. Every single project we do is evaluated in person with the homeowner to properly diagnose any issues and provide the best pricing and options for repairs and replacements. All estimates are completely free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform same day and emergency service for roofing, chimneys & siding. Once I am contacted by a customer, we discuss, either by message or phone, what they need done and then set an appointment for my master technician to evaluate the project in person. He will provide an accurate proposal for the work, sometimes with more than option, according to the customer's desires. Once the proposal has been accepted, the work will be scheduled & performed according to the homeowner's availability. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and we are available 24 hours, 7 days per week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started learning and doing various construction projects as a teenager with my families business and have been doing it ever since. In 2015, after nearly a decade and a half, I opened Official Construction, Inc. Over the years, I've worked on thousands of projects. I love transforming homes and buildings and am satisfied only when my customers are!
