- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think my prices are really good considering the benefit/cost ratio, nowadays everything is getting more expensive and clients also need help paying for our services without reducing the quality of work of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is introduce myself as a person since I think it’s good to establish a direct relationship. After that, I like to know what they want to do so I can offer them the best options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a residential and commercial electrical course at Sunset Technology Center in Manhattan, NY. In 2021, I’ve since worked as an electrician for a company where it’s been my primary training ground, doing all types of electrical work.
