- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only have standard pricing for drawing and engineering work. We usually deduct the draws off the construction budget if we are selected as the General Contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the proposed site, sit and talk with the client about their ideas and review their plans if they have them, if not, we produce our own drawings and review the drawings with the client. We spend a lot of time confirming all work to be completed and make sure they are getting what they are contracted for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Educated Architect and I was a carpenter all through my late teens into college. I've been in Construction for 30 years and completed hundreds of projects.
