I would like to thank Ben from InspectOva for performing my homeinspection. He is very knowledgeable in homeinspections. He did a very thorough inspection..He was punctual, and professional.I had the report the same day as the inspection.Loved the report.It was so easy to read and liked the summary had all the focal points right up front.I didn’t have to go and look for anything.I will definitely recommend him and use him again.

Benjamin was extremely though for my homeinspection. He went above and beyond what I expected pointing out a few issues that were not expected. In addition, he was very quick to give me an appointment as he knew that I was looking to buy the house. Overall , Ben was very professional and would highly recommend his services .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on certain variables. Square footage, age of property, amount of equipment on site. Best way to get exact price is to call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When any client new or old contact us. Information is taken address, phone number, property details etc. Once info is taken an inspection date and time is agreed upon. Agreement will be automatically sent out for signature. Once signature is received. An inspector will be onsite at the agreed date and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have a wide knowledge of construction background. As far as home inspection we are certified by the industry largest inspection agency Internachi. Always educating ourselves.
