Joffre took the time to come to the house and walk through the property with me, in order to explain and to show him my cleanup requests in person. In one weeks time, everything was completed and to my satisfaction, so much so that I have scheduled bi-monthly lawnservice, and will be using them again for yard cleanups in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handyman I charge $45 per hour, for other services it depends on the size of the job but we offer free on site estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to speak with the clients first so I can give them the best estimate. Like mentioned, we offer free on site estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dads company has been around for over 30 years and I have been working with him since I was a kid.
