I had a great experience working with Tom and his company. Tom came out promptly, took the time to assess the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote. He was one of four contractors I contacted, and what ultimately stood out was his strong reviews on Thumbtack along with the quality of the work shown in his photos. That gave me confidence to move forward. This is a family business, and Tom, his father, and his cousin handled the job. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The before-and-after results speak for themselves. The original chimney had visible damage and a large opening, and they completely rebuilt and restored it with excellent craftsmanship. The finished work looks solid, clean, and extremely well done. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. Once the job was complete, they removed all debris and cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area spotless. Overall, the quality of the work, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Tom and his family to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and honest workmanship.

I honestly didn’t think my sofa could look this clean again. The stains were completely gone and the fabric feels fresh, not stiff or soaked. Super happy with the result and the care taken during the cleaning.
