My experience was very good as I had to cancel the first scheduled visit and was rebooked immediately. Responsiveness to my communications was excellent.
The ladies arrived on time, with all equipment and products and used the products I provided that I like for my wood floor.
Although I did not speak their language, Google translate helped immensely. I was able to communicate with someone via text in English who offered assistance at any time- that was very helpful.
They worked very hard and did not take a break at all. I would recommend this Cleaning service highly.
