- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each job and what will need to be done to complete the job. Normal rule of thumb is each job is quoted on per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On each and every job I spend time looking over the requested work and discuss the process with my customers so they understand what I will be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained by the National Wood Flooring Association on all aspects of Hardwood Floor Refinishing and Installation.
