I don't enjoy writing any bad review but our experience was not good at all. They jerked us around for two days about when they'd be coming over to give us an estimate. They didnt show up at the agreed time the first day so we agreed to reschedule trying to be flexible, things happen after all. The next day they again failed to show up at the agreed time. After another round of texts they finally did show up for the estimate (late), spent five minutes there with my fiance, didn't even give her the estimate they were there for, and then said they'd be in touch about availability and pricing. Never heard from them again and they didn't respond when we tried to follow up. Bottom line: They were victorious in wasting a lot of our time and energy.

Victoria did an excellent job cleaning our home today. With the snowstorm she communicated with updates of when we could expect her arrival.
